About Course

This course on the Principle of industrial engineering (IE) will begin by introducing you to the engineering approach to the various aspects of production and distribution of goods.

You will learn the principles, tools, and techniques associated with the industrial engineering field. You will also learn in detail about the organizational structure of the IE industry, and the type of industries available in this sector.

This course will then introduce you to the core of IE and how it ensures the utilization of goods and services is realized through the optimum use of resources. The optimization of the various processes in use for producing goods and services. through the development, implementation of the integrated system of resources  that ate in use during production

Finally, this course will introduce you to the multi-disciplinary approach of IE as it involves the knowledge of science and mathematical principles to evaluate and predict the resources needed to produce goods and services. You will learn how to reduce wastage of resources while improving the utilization of resources and increasing the efficiency as well as the effectiveness of the system.
