About Course
Leadership and Management
Managers manage most organizations, while leaders lead outstanding businesses. A manager can be a leader, but a leader who is not a manager might also emerge. As a result, the manager and leader’s responsibilities may or may not be linked. Managers must learn how to become leaders by establishing strong leadership abilities for an organization (business or non-business) to be successful.
if individuals working as managers in a company that does not recognize the need for leaders want to become more effective and powerful within the company and its environment, they must design their own leadership strategy. Leadership abilities will be achieved by a combination of personal vision, values, inspiration, and knowledge of effective leadership tools and strategies.
The goal of this Leadership and Management course is to prepare students for a variety of leadership positions within their organizations. The goal is to provide students with effective and transferable leadership skills by combining practical management skills with a foundation in management and organizational development theory.
This course intends to enable students to develop and demonstrate their intellectual skills in the field of business management or organizational management, in addition to giving an understanding of leadership theory and practice.
