-Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching is a certification program for entry-level network engineers that helps maximize your investment in foundational networking knowledge and increase the value of your employer’s network.

-Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) validates the ability to plan, implement, verify and troubleshoot local and wide-area enterprise networks and work collaboratively with specialists on advanced security, voice, wireless, and video solutions.

So basically CCNP is the next step (next advanced level) you get after CCNA. So it’s obviously better and harder.

You need these certificates if you are interested in networks. (Network Engineer)

MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) is a certification program intended for people who seek entry-level jobs in an IT (information technology) environment. MCSA is a prerequisite for more advanced Microsoft certifications.

MCSA intends to teach you working with windows servers. (System Engineer/Admin) .. MCSE is like the CCNP for the CCNA.

There are many tracks for MCSA as well. MCSA Windows server is the most popular.

Look if you are passionate about sales and you are good, you can then sell Snow to a white man while sell sand to an Arab.

Focus on technologies that you can make sure become your passion and hobby. When you become a subject matter expertise and brand yourself to be an expert in that field, you will find opportunities.

Good MCSE/MCSA guys are still highly in demand providing they are experts in their field.

But you must show that expertise by blogging about it, providing free resources to others, helping others learn from you, making video tutorials, and publishing it with your name

As people start to watch or read your blogs, your name starts to become popular and invest in you and your knowledge.

Don’t just focus on certifications. Focus on yourself and how you can make yourself known to others along getting certifications
